Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Refund Policy

We are always here for questions about your service.  We strive for excellence in communication, service and design work.
All design service sales are final. No refunds.

Note that projects DO NOT run indefinite. Replies to our inquiries for details, data or information regarding project(s) are expected and required. We reserve the right to cancel with no refund projects in which a client delays due to non-response or delayed response.

 

Late Payment
Payments are due on the date and time stated. There is a fee for any late payments. Late fees and original payment must be made within 3-days max of the original due date. After the 3-day period there is no opportunity to proceed with a project. The project is cancelled for non-payment. No partial delivery of services will be made and no portion of payments made of any amount will be refunded.

Should you have any issue with making a payment, we prefer contact prior to the due date. Arrangements are not promised but we are willing to see what solution may be possible for individuals that run their business in a courteous manner.

How To Return A Physical Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email support@webmonstermarketing.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

For Downloaded purchases contact support@webmonstermarketing.com within 15 days of purchase to request a refund.

check/money order (Contact us first if you would like to use a check or money. Case by case approval.)

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
